    + Serve as a DCAA POC for incurred cost proposal reviews and audits, cost and budget reviews, and other audits and data requests for the DCAA on-site auditors; prepared responses to requests for information (RFIs)

    + Assist the contract close-out process, preparing schedules and documents

    + Support evolution of the role and team by identifying opportunities for automation of Government Compliance supporting processes; participate in or lead automation of processes including requirements development, communication with IT resources and testing delivered capability.

    **To qualify, you must meet these basic** **qualifications:**

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Information Technology, Accounting or a related field

    + 10+ years of experience in a Finance business partnering or consulting role in Government contracting

    + In lieu of degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required

    + Understanding cost accounting structures and practices

    + Working knowledge of FAR and CAS

    + Hands on experience performing complex financial modeling, reporting, or analytics

    + Proficient at using technology to solve business problems

    + Experience working collaboratively with cross functional, remote and extended teams

    + A demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement activities

    + An ability to articulate problems and solutions, consistently meet deadlines, maintain poise under pressure and lead tasks to closure

    + Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in consulting roles.

    + Strong Excel and/or other data analytics tools.

    + MS Access development desirable. Proficient in relevant software applications such as MS Outlook and Office
