    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Provide technical assistance to customers

    Provide installation assistance to both customers and field service technicians
    Coordinate tasks and manage workflow of multiple vendors to solve customer needs
    Document all tickets with accurate and current information
    Monitor multiple networks and proactively identify potential issues
    Keep current with software releases, known compatibility issues, equipment configurations, and network protocols
    Assist engineers with development and testing
    Other tasks assigned by the NOC Manager

    Job Requirements:
    Minimum 1-year networking experience. Electronic trade school and/or certifications can substitute for the required experience.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
