This position will be responsible for the daily financial activities on a set of programs mainly produced out of the McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center. Responsibilities include cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, partnering with the Program Manager, and CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance and provide personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts. This position will require applying complex problem-solving strategies to program issues, deep dive data analysis in PRISM and APEX, along with interpretation of findings and mentoring junior level analysts.
Other responsibilities are to drive the finance process for a set of programs to ensure and influence processes related to EVM policies and procedures and ensure we adhere to them with regards to BOM traceability, production labor, and production support labor. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will also be required. OSC Finance serves as a critical business partner to the Program Operations Manager (POM) by providing the analysis, insight, and guidance to enable strategic decision-making and achieve effective bottom-line results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and must be able to prioritize and embrace a challenging, fast paced, deadline driven environment. Professional and effective communication skills are required due to frequent interaction with program and functional leadership.
This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).
