    **Job Description**

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Insider risk team lead takes responsibility for digital forensic investigations, interfacing with legal, and mentoring insider risk team members.

    + It's a hands-on position that will allow you to express your investigative, computer forensics, and analytics skills.

    + You will lead investigation of threat signals, develop your own indicators, mentor and coach more junior team members.

    + You will be in frequent communication with business leaders, legal, and members of other teams.

    + Analytical skills and thorough understanding of technologies, including operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), network communication protocols, and data formats are essential for this job.

    **Qualifications**

    REQUIRED:

    + Ability to independently complete assigned responsibilities, drive forensics investigations, oversight and mentor international team, deliver investigation reports to managers, legal, and executive management.

    + Working knowledge of DLP: able to explain and articulate events and user activity

    + Understanding of user behaviors that endanger company’s intellectual property: able to explain possible methods of IP egress from company computers.

    + Understanding of system behavior and artifacts associated with using removable media and file shares: able to explain what artifacts present themselves when a removable media is connected and removed from a system, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.

    + Understanding of firewall and DNS logs for identification of data leaks to cloud storages and other services: should be able to read firewall and DNS logs and explain communication details.

    + Be able to communicate in written and spoken English with managers (up to C level) and Legal team to explain DLP events and provide escalation information.

    + Working understanding of technical terms related to DLP events and ability to explain them to non-technical people.

    Under the general supervision of the Business Operations Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing the finance and business operations supporting the Defence Business Area of Amentum. This individual will be responsible for program finance, planning, ensuring contractual compliance, cost management, budget development and analysts forecasting.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    -Financial/Program control duties in the areas of budgeting/reporting, sales, and EBITDA.

    -The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with budgeting for long range planning and AOP, financial analysis and reporting, and forecasting orders, sales, and EBIT.

    -This individual will support in the development of monthly financial charts in support of Program Management Reviews.

    -The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for monthly estimate at complete generation and estimate to complete forecasting.

    -Position will be responsible for completing monthly unbilled reconciliations and managing the invoice process from end to end.

    -This position will work with the program operations team to ensure that any ad hoc requests or contractual deliverables will be met timely and accurately.

    REQUIERED QUALIFICATIONS

    •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance (or related disciplines) from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    •8+ years of experience in multiple areas, including Finance, Accounting or Business Operations.

    •Demonstrated experience driving the review and analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and plans, and developing strategies for improving or further leveraging these plans.

    •Candidate must be a self-starter with a deep understanding of financial concepts.

    •Candidate must be able to identify areas in need of process improvements and implement accordingly with minimal supervision.

    •Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, procedures and technical documentation.

    •Strong knowledge of budgets, estimates at complete and projections.

    •Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and propose solutions.

    •Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.

    •Knowledge of principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, leadership, service delivery methods, and coordination of people and resources.

    •Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

    •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities, schedules and budgets.

    •Ability to clearly communicate with individuals within executive leadership.

    •Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    •Expert computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Project and Powerpoint.

    •Experience representing the company to customers

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    -Strong knowledge of Percent Complete revenue recognition

    -Experience working with large Federal Government contracts

    -Experience with Costpoint and other Deltek reporting software; such as, Costpoint, and TM1
