Responsible for the preparation of technical proposals, project control budgets, and schedules with a focus on delivering consistent, competitive engineering solutions and execution strategies to secure project awards in EPC bidding processes.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring that terms support project success while managing risk.

Interface with semiconductor clients and internal stakeholders to define project scopes, validate technical requirements, and provide strategic updates.

Ensure compliance with relevant engineering, quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.

Proactively identify project risks and implement corrective actions; maintain effective communication channels and reporting structures.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging best practices and advanced project management methodologies.

    Who You Are

    Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree or an MBA is a plus.

10+ years of progressive experience in EPC project management, preferably within the semiconductor, gas / chemical, refinery, pharmaceutical, or food sectors.

    Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrates respect for individuals and fosters an inclusive work environment that values diversity. Possesses strong cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment across different perspectives and backgrounds.

Experience with end-to-end delivery of at least three projects worth more than $100M.

Extensive experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones to achieve project goals and ensure seamless communication.

Demonstrable expertise in project development, from initial planning through execution.

Experience in contract negotiation with clients and subcontractors is essential.

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Proven track record of managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects with end-to-end EPC delivery.
