**Job Summary:**

Facilitates training programs for multiple Centralized Services team members both virtually and in the classroom. Liaises with Operations and Project Managers as a subject matter expert representing training. Facilitates onboarding of new programs and/or continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with business owners, Knowledge Management and Operations team members and support staff within the Centralized Services.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for maintaining all training materials. Contributes to the development of new training material by providing insights and sharing lessons learned.

+ Provides support to team members, after training has been completed, in the form of coaching and mentoring.

+ Coordinates efforts with Technical Writer and Content Developer to ensure updates and information related to training is communicated appropriately

+ Develops the expertise on new company’s products or services and provides demonstrations, customization and promotion to learners.

+ May assist with customer interactions, such as chat, e-mail, and inbound calls during periods of high call volume.

+ Assists Training Manager with maintaining a master training schedule that includes all schedules for new hires, nesting, and recurrent and special trainings.

+ Collaborates with Training Manager to champion and implement leadership, coaching and employee engagement initiatives for new team members as part of the onboarding/training period.

+ Partners with the Performance Research and Analysis team to monitor training trends and make recommendations for continuous growth, enhanced performance and identification of learning needs.

+ Collaborates with project managers and business owners to identify training needs at a particular location. Responsible for bringing the need to Training Manager’s attention and implementing the training programs to improve daily operations and assist with onboarding of new initiatives.

+ Works within the guidelines of authorized Company policies, programs, procedures, budgets, laws, and good business ethics, coordinates and controls the activities, plans, and programs of the designated areas of responsibility.

Lead Instructor Job Description An Instructor that is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day creative quality of his/her studio, while providing inspiration and leadership. Requirements: * Minimum 1 years experience as an indoor cycling instructor * Teach at least 4-5 classes per week * Demonstrates leadership in the studio Duties of a Lead Instructor: * Helps the franchise owner/studio manager recruit new talent for the studio * Recruits and auditions quarterly * Maintains brand standards in his/her studio * Teaches an on-brand class * Keeps in regular communication with the Senior Master Instructor team * Performs quarterly evaluations on all CycleStars in his/her studio. The Role The Pilates Instructor will be passionate about helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for leading dynamic fitness classes and maintaining and growing our customer base. *Both full and part-time opportunities are available Benefits * Competitive Salary- DOE and performance * Unlimited potential for growth within the company * Blocked scheduling for flexible shifts * Continued education * Fun, “family feel” work culture Qualifications * Confidence and ability to use studio equipment such as Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, spring boards, ballet barre, and more * Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience, or equivalent * Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction * Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style * Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills * Experience with and/or ability to learn club management software systems Responsibilities * Executing pilated classes to Club Pilates standards * Instructing clients (up to 12 clients per class) on using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment * Conducting private and semi-private classes * Assisting with membership sales and checking in clients * Help build studio revenue by promoting retail product and membership sales and services * Visually inspecting equipment prior to every class to ensure good working condition and safety
