**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior GenAI Product Manager who thrives on ownership, execution, and influence. This is not a strategy-only role — we need a hands-on leader who will enjoy being part of a team that is driving implementation and rollout of Enterprise GenAI applications and frameworks, including Google Agentspace, across the bank. You will be on a team that is the tip of the spear for deploying Google’s Agentspace GenAI tools, and future Enterprise applications — and will be held accountable for delivering results, not just managing timelines.
**In this role, you will:**
+ **Work directly** with different business line product team members, Google’s product teams, as well as internal stakeholders across, risk, compliance, and business lines. Must be comfortable influencing at all levels, cutting through ambiguity, and pushing through blockers to get things done. You will also play a key role in owning and shaping product definitions and roadmap for Enterprise GenAI initiatives and the future of Google Agentspace
+ **Own the product** : You are the single point of accountability for the success of your product(s) at the bank
+ **Deliver, don’t delegate** : Lead the full delivery lifecycle — from planning and integration to rollout and adoption — with a bias for action
+ **Drive cross-functional execution** : Partner with Google and internal teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact GenAI capabilities
+ **Influence without authority** : Rally stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across complex organizational structures
+ **Define the roadmap** : Shape the future of GenAI at the bank by collaborating with both line of businesses and Google on product direction and feature development
+ **Own onboarding and change management** : Ensure users are trained, supported, and actively using the tools — no passive launches
+ **Ensure compliance and security** : Work closely with risk, legal, and compliance to meet all regulatory and governance requirements
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ Proven experience managing enterprise product rollouts and working with external vendors or partners
+ Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and/or, AI-powered productivity tools
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
+ Abilility to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders and executive level leaders, to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus
+ Experience with AI governance and compliance in financial services
+ Background in data privacy, model risk management, or AI ethics
+ Experience working with Google Cloud or Google Workspace products is a plus
+ Experience with Cloud AI platforms (ex. Google, AWS, and Azure) and Agile development methodologies
+ Demonstrated thought leadership in GenAI

+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule
+ In-office requirements per WF Technology guidelines
+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
