    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent field

    **What You’ll Need:**

    + Humility: Challenging conventional wisdom starts by challenging yourself. You’ll need to be able to acknowledge mistakes quickly, thrive on the growth that comes from those mistakes and celebrate the people around you that make that growth possible.

    + Curiosity: You’ll need to be a good listener who can empathize with the customer and the team around you. This means that you spend most of your time asking questions (and questions about your questions) rather than offering opinions.

    + Conviction: Passion isn’t enough. We need people who can build concrete arguments based on research, evidence and data.

    + You’ll also need to be able to communicate and refine your arguments in uncomfortable situations with customers, internal stakeholders and your own team.

    + 5-7 years product management experience

    + 2-5 years’ experience with programmatic advertising

    + History of product ownership with impactful and self-directed contributions

    + Programmatic platform (DSP, SSP, CDP, DMP, etc.) experience a plus

    + Background in software development or analytics a plus
