**Position Description:**

Our Field Service Technicians experience a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and updating medical devices inside of hospitals, pharmacies and other clinical settings. The current product line being supported is an _automated_ _medication dispensing system._

We are hiring ASAP. This is a PART-TIME, On-Call, Field Service Technician opportunity with approximately 20 hours per week.

You will have a flexible schedule and an opportunity to grow and expand into new opportunities while earning supplemental income and learning the medical device industry.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Troubleshoot and repair existing devices and document the activities correctly.

+ Hardware parts replacement, as well as software updates and calibrations.

+ Perform bi-annual or yearly preventative maintenance as determined by the customer.

+ Assist in the installation and implementation of new devices at customer locations.

+ Conduct routine system checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.

+ Maintain and stock parts and tools assigned by customer.

+ Per-diem position requiring travel and flexibility to work with your current schedule.

+ Available on-call including nights and weekends. Travel locally for up to 2-3 hours to support customer needs.

+ Respond to and arrive at customer sites within the service ticket’s Service Level Agreement (within 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours per the details of each ticket)

**Job Requirements:**

+ Must have intermediate troubleshooting abilities in the disciplines of electronics, mechanics, and electromechanical systems.

+ Experience as a military technician, computer technician or other complex electronics technician preferred. Experience supporting automation equipment in a healthcare setting is a plus.

+ A+ certification preferred.

+ Experience in healthcare, field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, customer service, pharmacy technician, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is beneficial for this position.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer support.

+ Must have an active driver licenseand a personal vehicle to use for job related assignments (travel time and mileage are reimbursed)

+ This position requires a considerable amount of pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and lifting to 70 LBS

+ Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status, required

**What You Will Do**

+ Removal, repair and installation of electrical components, electrical systems, analysis and diagnosis, advanced troubleshooting and systems/process optimization; may mentor or train other electrical workers

+ Safe completion of routine and non-routine repairs and construction

+ Perform preventative maintenance including installation, repair and troubleshooting of industrical electrical and/or instrumentation equipment (i.e. substations, power distribution systems, switchgear motors, motor controls, systems and components, process controls, instrumentation and pneumatic equipment)

+ Must have strong knowledge in the maintenance and troubleshooting of AC/DC drives, PLCs, overhead cranes, management control systems, calibration of field transmitters/transducers and weigh scales, and low and medium voltage equipment

**What You Bring To Freeport**

The Service Technician - SBE is responsible for repairing and reconditioning equipment in the profit center and/or customer locations. Responsible for installation of equipment for customer accounts and is responsible for diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems and takes corrective action. **Telecommunications Network Engineer**

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Cloud Telecommunications Network Engineer supporting day-to-day support of GCP architecture and services as part of J64 NTS. The resource will coordinate activities with Defense Logistic Agency (DLA) teams in J61, J62, and J64 to confirm efficient operations and timely problem resolution. Purpose of Role

The purpose of this role is to coordinate and execute the installation of Rehrig Pacific-s Pallet Management Solutions (Qtek) and Vision Object Recognition (VOR) systems. This individual will also be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs across all of Rehrig Pacific-s Direct-to-Store Delivery (DSD) and Supply Chain Technology offerings. **Job Summary:**

The Tooling Electrician III is responsible for inventorying, inspecting, testing, and timely completion of generator toolkits required for site project requests. Updates project schedules as appropriate when toolkits are complete and have passed inspection.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines

+ Perform visual, electrical, mechanical, electronic inspection of tools, report and flag any non-compliant items

+ Test all generator components on large electrical equipment

+ Troubleshoot and repair damaged electrical components and equipment as well as preventative maintenance

+ Read line drawings for repair and troubleshooting activities and electrical codes

+ Follow Standard Maintenance Protocols, tasks and adhere to site safety, quality, company, and government requirements

+ Repair and maintain test and industrial equipment and perform quality hand solder repair to the board or component level

+ Willingness to be on call for emergency equipment troubleshooting

+ Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each generator toolkit has the proper tools needed.

+ Coordinate, label, and package all generator tooling needed for each outage project.

+ Quality assurance check each kit before shipping to make sure there is a kit template and a calibration certificate enclosed if necessary.

+ Timely completion of kit assembly to meet tool center schedule requirements

+ Ensure that kits are delivered with no quality issues (missing parts or non-working parts).

+ Review inventory of tools returned from site to ensure all items are accounted for as outlined in inventory sheets

+ Clean, reorganize, and relabel all returned toolkits

+ Create and submit restock requests for replacement parts and tools.

+ Complete required, annual safety training

+ Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments

+ Travel may be required

**Required Qualifications & Experience** :

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 5+ years of experience in tool handling or a warehouse environment

+ Complete second man qualifications

+ Moderate computer knowledge which includes but not limited to the following: understands operating systems; understands how to use flash drives and memory cards; knows how to insert hyperlinks and tables on word processing applications; conduct complex sorting, applying filters, and using different views on spreadsheets and database

+ Electrical schooling or electrical experience required

+ Experience with both AC and DC voltages, single and three phase, DC voltages up to 120kv, and AC voltages up to 900KVA.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

**What You Will Do**

+ Removal, repair and installation of electrical components, electrical systems, analysis and diagnosis, advanced troubleshooting and systems/process optimization; may mentor or train other electrical workers

+ Safe completion of routine and non-routine repairs and construction

+ Perform preventative maintenance including installation, repair and troubleshooting of industrical electrical and/or instrumentation equipment (i.e. substations, power distribution systems, switchgear motors, motor controls, systems and components, process controls, instrumentation and pneumatic equipment)

+ Must have strong knowledge in the maintenance and troubleshooting of AC/DC drives, PLCs, overhead cranes, management control systems, calibration of field transmitters/transducers and weigh scales, and low and medium voltage equipment

+ Follow Standard Operating Procedues (SOP) and work area instructions, participate in safety and environmental activities, and use plant and equipment correctly at all times

**What You Bring To Freeport**

+ Completion of an approved Certified Electronics, Electrical and/or Instrumentation Program, **OR**

+ Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Industrial Electrical and/or Instrumentation repair and maintenance, **OR**

+ Associate's degree or Trade School Certification in a related field **and ** two (2) years of experience in Industrial Electrical and/or Instrumentation repair and maintenance
