The Renewable Energy Installer Liaison acts as a central point of contact between energy storage and solar installers, and the company. This role is critical for maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers and stakeholders. The Installer Liaison possesses an understanding of the installation process, including application and approval requirements, as well as rates. This position is expected to clearly communicate these aspects to installers. The Installer Liaison also plays a key role in training and supporting new installers, and troubleshooting issues that may arise during the process.

Expertise and Communication:

Intermediate knowledge in renewable technology components, AC and DC electrical theory, and ability to review and understand system electrical drawings; or related experience and knowledge in other electrical components and systems.
