    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    + Reports to work on time and is on the side station as indicated on the work schedule. Uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and clean. Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.

Communicates any discrepancies to the Chef/Sous Chef.

    + Correctly seasons, cooks and plates all side station food products to ensure that all food product is prepared and served up to RCSH standards of quality, presentation and timing.

    + Preparation and filing of all business property tax returns including making payment

    + Preparation and filing of other various tax returns including Occupational License returns

    + Assist in clearing delinquencies and issues with the Department of Revenue

    + Prepare monthly accrual journal entries related to business taxes, sales tax, and business licenses. Reconciliation of tax accounts in the general ledger

    + Assist Tax Manager with various duties as assigned

    + Ad hoc job assignments

    + Perform additional responsibilities and assist with special projects as assigned by leadership

    Minimum Qualifications and Skills

    + Two years’ experience working with business taxes

    + Strong P/C skills including Excel. Strong analytical skills, effective written and oral communication skills. Self-starter who needs little motivation or direct supervision. Ability to plan and organize. A high degree of accuracy and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, accurately, and timely. Sales tax and/or property tax experience a plus

    + Bachelor’s degree in Account, Finance, or related field

    + Experience with Agility software a plus
