    **What are some Field Service Technicians Responsibilities:**

    + Establish and maintain long term relationships with assigned Nielsen Families/Households.

    **What are the Qualifications:**

    + Ability to bend and lift television sets.

    + Some technical skills which may include: previous experience with consumer electronics, software systems, and networking knowledge, internet/cable installation, alarm system installation, audio video installation.

    + Superior customer service skills.

    + Organizational and time management skills.

    + Identify problems and troubleshoot data/equipment.
