    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • May run multiple machines efficiently, which may require simultaneous operations. Adapts or improvises tooling to accomplish results where operations require a broad knowledge of production machining technology, operating skills, and shop techniques together with diversified experience.

    • Sets ups, adjusts, and operates a variety of conventional and/or special purpose CNC Lathe machines to perform the most diversified and difficult production operations on work having close and exact tolerances, several dimensional relationships, unusual contours, dimensional and finish requirements.

    • Interprets customer requirements from blueprints, complex drawings, engineering specifications, quality directives, charts, tables, sketches, and verbal instructions.

    • Interfaces with engineering to resolve drawing errors, suggest design changes, and solve product/process problems.

    • Implements manufacturing methods using standard production machines, materials, and tooling.

    • Develops and defines processes with limited documentation, as required.

    • Trouble shoots and resolves machining problems.

    • Responsible for machining and checking parts to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.

    • Inspects finished parts for conformance to specifications by visual examination, and utilizes precision measuring instruments such as gages, calipers, micrometers, comparators, and surface plate techniques. May be required to use coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Ensures equipment is calibrated in accordance with schedule.

    • Routinely maintains equipment to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and reliability specific to division requirements.

    • Accurately and regularly performs statistical process control (SPC) specific to division requirements.

    • Uses advanced shop mathematics, which may include trigonometry, and general knowledge of metal characteristics and other processing requirements.

    • Actively contributes to lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement. Effectively applies lean concepts and tools in work area.

    **Job Summary:**

    Machinist with micro-machining experience primarily with aluminum. Manual operations using Bridgeport knee mill. Machining operation requires the use of magnification visor/ eye loop / low power microscope to validate drawing compliance. Responsibilities also include fabrication of prototype tooling and product modifications, repairs and rework.     WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

    The Central Account Maintenance Specialist is responsible for managing data and secured files, analyzing data, communicating with customers, and training colleagues in the job. This role will assist in coordinating processing systems within the bank and streamlining the bank's systems, along with developing reports. This role will also work with clients, shareholders, and colleagues.

    What you will do

    * Perform data entry to Customer (CIS) and Deposit applications for specific centralized functions

    * Process requests from Wealth Mgmt. and International departments to create and maintain customer/account records in CIS

    * Process requests to reassign relationships, ensuring synchronicity between various systems

    * Create ad-hoc reports and process mass data updates.

    * Identify, develop, create, test, debug, documents and maintain data quality

    * Audit processes that define and monitor the process of creating, modifying, storing customer information

    * Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Bank policies and procedures

    The CNC Machine Operator performs semi-repetitive specialized machine operations. Provides technical assistance to production associates, while following safety policy and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    * Assists in setting up complex production equipment and conducts tests, analyses and calibrates assemblies in accordance with company policy and safety procedures

    * Installs, maintains, and operates a variety of machining tools including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, etc.

    * Diagnoses problems, disassembles, determines extent of repair necessary and/or feasibility of repairs, refits or replaces worn or defective parts and reassembles
