We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to ensure production in our Molding Department. This excellent Process Technician is knowledgeable in the maintenance and repair of industrial size injection molding equipment. **Responsibilities:**

+ Perform adjustments to injection molding machines to optimize the cycle and make good quality parts

+ Perform mold insert changes

+ Knowledge of Husky and BNB Injection Molding machines and processing

+ Assist with size, color and material changes

+ Peforms at I/P, Process Tech and Mold Tech level

+ Trouble shoot Mechanical issues and determine an appropriate action plan.

+ Monitor and ensure scrap is being accounted for accurately.

+ Ensure injection molding machines are being repaired properly and promptly.

+ Monitor machinery and environment for unsafe practices or unsafe conditions.

+ Ensure in compliance with GMP/HACCP procedures.

+ Ensure in compliance with PPE Requirement.

+ Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.

+ Recording Production Data Accurately.

+ Monitor and ensure quality standards are met.

+ Monitor and Minimize scrap levels.

Laser Components Detector Group, Inc. is looking for an experienced Semiconductor Wafer Process Operator WITH MANUAL WAFER PROCESSING EXPERIENCE for our manufacturing Fab in Chandler, AZ. Hours are M-F 6am-230pm. Local candidates only as relocation is not paid for this position. The individual will be part of a dynamic team building high performance avalanche photodiodes (APDs) and PINs, high speed receivers, linear arrays, TEC-cooled photoconductors, and pyroelectric detectors. In a state-of-the-art production facility, our devices are processed with different materials including, silicon, InGaAs, lead salts, and pyroelectric materials.

Job Responsibilities:

HANDS-ON MANUAL wafer processing skills such as working with chemicals, chemical processes, diffusion, oxidation, dry etching, wet cleans, metal sputtering and evaporation, thin film vacuum deposition on wafers, wafer cleaning in solvent baths, and Photolithography
Working daily in a Fab or cleanroom processing wafers in a hands-on fashion
Experience running manual vacuum deposition equipment to perform these processing tasks in a cleanroom environment
Able to interpret basic product specs and schematics, as well as follow verbal and written instructions.
Working with Engineering on developing new wafer processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are NOT an AUTOMATED FAB. All our wafer processing steps are MANUAL. Therefore at least 15 years MANUAL WAFER PROCESSING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST! As a semiconductor wafer processing operator, you will work with equipment such as as photolithography aligners and resist coaters, diffusion furnaces, dry etchers DRIE, metal deposition and sputter tools, thin film (Nitrides, Oxides) vacuum deposition
Familiarity with troubleshooting semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including computer skills
Associates degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, etc preferred

**The Opportunity**

Responsible for the accurate and timely sampling, testing, shipping and storage of plasma collected from donors.

You will report to the Assistant Center Manager.

**The Role**

+ In compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), responsible for collecting plasma samples and moving plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.

+ Ensure plasma units are properly stored according to SOPs, which could include unsuitable plasma units and samples.

+ Ensures accuracy of unit labeling by verifying the pre-printed label matches the dynamic label.

+ Utilize sterile technique to draw samples and use heat sealer to assure the sterility and quality of plasma unit samples per SOPs.

+ May ensure samples and units are packed and shipped in accordance with SOPs and center procedures. Prepares shipping and unit disposal documentation.

+ Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures and immediately informs appropriate personnel if equipment is not functioning properly. Records variances.

+ Conduct daily calibration of equipment according to SOPs.

+ Ensure the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the SOPs.

+ Understand the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.

Data Center Engineering Operations Technicians (EOT) are Amazon Data Center’s front line responders for hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, electrical switchboards/switchgear, circuit breakers, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems. They provide 24/7 shift coverage which could include 12 hour shifts, rotating shifts, 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks.

Key job responsibilities

· Respond to off hour emergency calls per on call rotation for any one of the region’s sites

A day in the life

After an initial training period, you will support data center infrastructure operations on a shift schedule supporting our 24/7 staffing model. You will get information from your peer technicians who are ending shift, review the maintenance schedule for any tasks due that day, and then perform routine physical checks of our critical systems. After these rounds are complete, you and your shift partner will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, take repair actions, and perform facility maintenance. You will also author technical procedures, work orders, and work on advanced qualifications and projects as your career progresses at AWS!

POSITION SUMMARY

This position performs as an integral part of the OR team with limited supervision. Demonstrates accountability for operating room readiness ensuring sterile surgical instrumentation and disposable supplies are complete and ready for a procedure prior to the preceding patient leaving the operating room. Responsible for the proper care and handling of all general and specialty instrumentation including the cleaning, decontamination, disassemble/reassembly, quality assurance, instrument identification, set assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instrumentation for PeriOp Services, hospital departments, and clinics. This position requires well manner communications and the ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person.

CORE FUNCTIONS

1. Provides decontamination and sterile processing support to PeriOp Services, ED, ICU, hospital wide departments, and clinics both on and off campus, and ambulatory surgery centers. Reports needed replacement of surgical instruments to maintain the inventory and support readiness of sets.

5. Utilizes specialized equipment for the decontamination, high-level disinfection, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation according to the device and equipment manufacturer’s recommendations and hospital policy. Operates steam and hydrogen peroxide sterilizers of various sizes. Operates automated surgical instrument washers, ultrasonics, flush pumps, visualization devices, and cart washers to include high-level disinfectors where supported.

6. Operates various quality assurance testing equipment associated to flexible endoscopic scopes, transesophageal ultrasound probes, and electro-surgical insulation defect detector for laparoscopic and energy provided surgical instrumentation. Utilizes heat detection devices to allow steam sterilized surgical instrumentation to be released for use without risking burns to staff and patients. Operates demagnetizers of stainless-steel instruments for ophthalmic and delicate cardiac surgical instrumentation for safe use on patients. Utilizes various borescope devices to inspect inner channels of lumened surgical instrumentation and flexible scopes.

7. Maintains a clean and safe environment by adhering to Standard Precautions and Infection Control practices. Staff follow protocols for proper donning of personnel protective equipment (PPE) while completing the decontamination process referencing IFU’s supplied by the manufacturers.

8. Maintain flexibility to rotate shifts and adjust hours as needed, maintain a work record of regular attendance, timely arrivals, and departures, maintain professional appearance appropriate to position and function.
