Associate Photographer - Phoenix, AZ
Job Description
**The Role**
Associate Photographers are the talented and versatile team responsible for the media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Equipped with a top-of-the-line Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment and iPad, our Associate Photographers create virtual tours, floorplans and photography for residential homes. Each Associate Photographer is given a core territory in which they are responsible for servicing clients of Homes.com and Apartments.com. Associate Photographers will have appointments set for defined dates and times, where they will scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro3 cameras, capturing virtual tours and floor plans. Assocaite Photographers will also be responsible for residential photography to be used in marketing purposes to advertise homes and apartments to future owners and renters. This role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics and the management team. Photographers are managed remotely by a Photography Manager located in local markets.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support marketing efforts on our industry-leading marketplaces, Homes.com and Apartments.com, by capturing beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
+ Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture the spaces in the most pleasing way possible.
+ Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet our client’s demands.
+ Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to strategically evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
+ Own the market! While not working on a residential home, navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage. Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
+ Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
+ Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
+ Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
**Physical Requirements of Position**
+ Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
+ Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds
+ Repetitive hand and arm movements are needed to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
+ Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are necessary to perform job functions.
+ Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.

**Qualifications:**
+ At least 2 years of professional experience.

Job Description
Printing Services is the on-campus printing support service for Northern Arizona University. We are seeking a hard-working, reliable, and organized individual to aid the production departments with routine production and fulfillment duties.
Duties
• Set up and operate production printing and finishing equipment in the Digital Print Production and Large Format Production departments.
• Review job tickets for job specifications.
• Prioritize job tickets for completion and deliver jobs by due date.
• Perform visual inspections to verify product meets quality expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in job area.
• Use job management and job tracking systems efficiently.
• Diagnose and report equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Pack and prepare jobs for delivery.
• Intake incoming jobs and printing materials while following correct procedures.
• Assist other print shop areas as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance.

Salary
Salary is $20 an hour.
FLSA Status
This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The incumbent is eligible for overtime pay or compensatory time according to University policy. Further, the employee must submit timesheets that accurately reflect all hours worked.

DESCRIPTION
The Print Production Operator provides city departments with high quality, timely, cost effective and value-added print, mail, and surplus property services. The Print Production Operator participates in the operation of the Print Shop to assist customers in achieving their print goals.. The position is responsible for determining the best method, equipment, materials, tools, and software solutions to complete a project.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Manage print, mail and surplus property contracts for presort mail service, express package service, overflow printing services and surplus property services, this includes reviewing monthly billing costs, settlement of billing issues, and approval of monthly billings for payment issuance.
• Participate in budget preparation, administration and reporting; prepare cost estimates for budget recommendation; submit justifications for budget items; recommend expenditure requests for designed accounts; monitor and control expenditures and budget accounts.
• Assist customers and suppliers to develop purchases and specifications for procurement actions; order, monitor and maintain inventory, specialty substrates, materials and supplies.
• Operate high volume black & white and color digital production printers using industry standard printing software for job setting, digital color saturation, and successful execution of batch files turning digital files into paper output.
• Operate and maintain large format printer, cutter and laminator.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience:
Requires two (2) years of experience in print production, operation of computerized reprographic machines, mail center equipment and related equipment.
Candidates must have the minimum amount of work experience. Years of experience are based upon a full-time work schedule (2,080 hours per year). The sum of an applicant’s full-time and/or part-time qualifying work experience must meet or exceed the stated minimum qualification. Education will not substitute for the required work experience; however, related unpaid and/or volunteer work experience may be used as qualifying work experience.
Education:
Requires the equivalent to an associate degree from an accredited college in Print Technology or degree related to the core functions of this position.
The term “equivalent” means that directly related work experience exceeding the required work experience will substitute in equal time increments for college-level education, for example: one year of additional directly related work experience will substitute for one year of college education (30 credit hours).
Certification, Licenses, and/or Registrations:
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Possession of or required to obtain within six (6) months of hire, a valid Arizona forklift operator's certificate.
