As a member of TD ATA Package and Test Automation, we provide support for factory automation software on the TD Manufacturing Floors. Automation software is used to enforce business processes, control processing on the manufacturing equipment; to collect data.
This position is an Exempt Compressed Work Week (CWW), days back end shift position. (Shift 4: 10pm-10am Arizona time, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday and requires individuals to work a 12-hour shift at our Chandler, Arizona site)
+ Own application problem resolution for incidents and/or issues that are escalated up from first-level support teams.
+ Bring multiple key stakeholders together on a bridge to affect a quick resolution in order to minimize impact to the TD factories.
+ Document and communicate findings to all key stakeholders.
+ Work with Application Owner to create and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
+ Work with Product Owner to improve product usability, quality, and maintainability.
+ Identify and drive opportunities for operational improvements, including the design and development of automated software support tools as needed to improve operational efficiency.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
+ Software and database development.
+ Demonstrated familiarity with Windows operating systems, including willingness to comprehend and manage XML (Extensible Markup Language ) configuration files, log files, diagnostic tools, software versions, etc.
+ Working knowledge of software engineering practices, testing methodologies, etc.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes and business environments, and the willingness to follow business processes in a disciplined manner.

**Work Model for this Role**
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
