Senior Lead Product Manager - Card Customer Service

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager in Credit Cards Customer Service Product. The Card Services Product team is responsible for the development of strategy and implementation of Credit Card servicing capabilities and journeys/experiences, which enable customers to manage their credit cards. **In this role, you will:**

+ Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs

+ Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services

+ Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide

+ Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management

+ Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines

+ Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, create roadmaps, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships

+ Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, technology, designers and delivery team companywide

+ Serve as an adept advisor to leadership

+ Potentially manage or mentor other Product Owners

+ Oversees the delivery of the roadmap across 3-5 scrum teams

**Required Qualifications, US:**

+ 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Experience with product development in the card customer service arena

+ Leadership experience

+ Fluent with operating in a scaled agile environment, ideally managing product owners

+ Strong customer/stakeholder interaction ability to participate in customer research and engagements

+ Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities

+ Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

+ Ability to effectively communicate, create and deliver dynamic presentations to all levels of the organization

+ Working knowledge of technical architectural flows, processes and design and passion to learn and understand latest technologies like cloud, machine learning, AI technologies.

+ A plus; working knowledge of the Card Services current platforms i.e. CSS, BCS, SSDE, SSDA, ABOA

**Job Expectations:**

+ Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
