The Family Nurse Practitioner, under Direct Supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, supports and advances the Spectrum Healthcare Group mission by providing a wide range of primary health care services which encompasses health promotion, injury and illness prevention, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of commonly encountered health problems. Along with performs testing, referral to physicians as needed and writes prescriptions. The Family Nurse Practitioner participates in quality improvement activities and reviews, as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with advanced certification as a nurse practitioner. Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Arizona. One year of Nurse Practitioner/provider experience. Current active member, in good standing, of the Professional Staff Organization with practice privileges consistent with clinical qualifications. Current, unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state of Arizona. Current, unencumbered DEA license.
