**What You Will Do**

+ Set-up, deliver and install personal computers, telephones, networking, and peripheral equipment using established and defined procedures and processes.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on voice and data communication systems and associated hardware maintaining accurate documentation.

+ Actively participate in Safety and Environmental programs, ensure MIS policy compliance and site operational goals.

+ Perform voice, network, and PC and basic wireless troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose infrastructure problems.

+ Perform other duties as required.

**What You Bring To Freeport**

+ Two (2) years of experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.

+ Demonstrated technical expertise in the installation, repair and maintenance of PC hardware, software, printers, fax machines and telephone handsets.

+ Ability to effectively analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose issues with computers, peripherals, cellular and voice systems.

+ Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols and technology including wireless networking equipment

+ Basic knowledge of voice systems (PBX/VoIP)

+ Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written

+ Ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts and both scheduled and unscheduled overtime as business dictates.

+ Must be customer service-oriented and possess good organizational skills.

+ Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.

+ Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ High School diploma or GED

+ A+ Certification

+ Network+ Certification

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$25.00 - $34.50** . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
