Scorpion Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, friendly individual to join our Shipping/Receiving Team! The ideal Shipping and Receiving candidate will have knowledge of powersports or automotive parts, logistics, managing inventory, and excel in customer service roles!

Responsibilities:

+ Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material

+ Stock all parts and accessories in their correct bins and/or locations

+ Update inventory control system and parts catalog

+ Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.)

+ Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with the carrier's shipping instructions (i.e., route, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc)

+ Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customers

+ Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously

+ Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

+ 1+ year experience in a parts warehouse or parts counter at a dealership

+ Able to lift up to 50 pounds

+ Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, worked in stooped, crouched, or kneeling positions frequently

+ Superior Customer service skills

+ Strong data entry skills

+ Attention to detail

+ Previous experience with EVO preferred.

+ Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields preferred

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ High sense of urgency

+ Ability to complete tasks accurately in an organized fashion with little direction
