**Responsibilities**

In keeping with the Dignity Health core values is responsible for administering diagnostic and treatment programs designed to comprehensively evaluate and treat injured and disabled patients to restore maximum communicative function.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience with evidence of ability to function with a high degree of independence and competence.

+ Must possess a current valid California State license in Speech Pathology.

+ Current CPR.

+ Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and the ability to work tactfully and effectively with fellow staff members, physicians, hospital departments and the general public.

+ Demonstrates competent working knowledge of the principles, standard practices, procedures and equipment utilized in the department.

+ Ability and willingness to actively participate in departmental and hospital programs.

+ Demonstrates self-motivation and ability to achieve results through good organizational skills and prioritization of work.

+ Ability to work independently and be a functional team member in a team oriented environment.

+ Ability to be mentor/coach student interns or oversee their clinical experience.

+ Ability to be flexible with caseload within any given day, as needed for the benefit of the department.

+ Promotes S.T. services in the community as appropriate.

**Pay Range**

$51.66 - $51.66 /hour
