Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a Product Development Manager with a passion for creativity and a thirst for innovation. If you’re someone who thrives on understanding customer needs, diving into the nitty-gritty, and can pivot on a dime, then this might be the role for you!

What you will be doing:

T he Product Development Manager will dive into learning from our current subject matter experts to deeply understand our SaaS products and industry. Your goal is to absorb their knowledge and become a subject matter expert such that you can drive product development.

Job Description:

+ Understand & Innovate: Get to the heart of customer problems and craft SaaS solutions that solve real issues. Embrace change, deliver clarity from ambiguity, and turn feedback into results.

+ Communicate & Collaborate: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, from brainstorming to deployment. Your ability to communicate effectively and listen actively will be key to your success.

+ Own It: Take full ownership of projects, from ideation to execution. If something’s off, you’re on it—finding solutions and making things right.

+ Partner with Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to help customers understand how to effectively use our software, ensuring they get the most out of our products and solutions.

+ Drive Product Vision: working in unison with stakeholders shape and drive the vision for our SaaS products by collaborating across functions and making data-driven decisions.

+ Design & Develop: Create intuitive, user-centered designs for our SaaS platforms, both desktop and mobile, while keeping an eye on the latest trends and best practices.

+ Manage Projects: Keep track of multiple projects while ensuring they align with business strategies and are delivered on time and within budget.

+ Research & Validate: Manage customer feedback and user interview sessions. Create, test and validate designs, using insights to refine and perfect SaaS solutions.

+ Storytelling: Simplify complex ideas and articulate them clearly to stakeholders, showcasing how our SaaS designs solve real problems.

+ Learn & Grow: Engage with our experts to continuously learn and evolve your expertise in SaaS design, aiming to become a go-to resource for product design insights.

+ Other responsibilities and assigned.

Experience

+ 5-10 years in related roles with a robust portfolio of customer facing SaaS experience for web and mobile platforms.

+ Self-driven and able to operate autonomously. You see a problem and tackle it head-on.

+ Love making an impact and driving projects with a keen eye for detail.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’re comfortable presenting complex material and keeping everyone in the loop.

+ Always asking questions, seeking out new knowledge, and not afraid to dive into the unknown.

Bonus Points If You Have:

+ A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

+ Experience in SaaS environments and with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.

+ Experience in construction, rental or telematics industry as well as relevant software.
