**Overview**

**Position:** Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho/Oncology

**Location:** 10165 East Hampton Avenue, Suite 111 Mesa, AZ 85209

**Schedule:** Full-Time,Monday-Friday, including 2 evenings

**Compensation:** Salaried, starting at $75,000/year (pending experience)

**Incentives:** Up to$15,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit

Our Banner Physical Therapy center in the East Valley near Apache Junction is looking for a licensed physical therapist with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis as part of our growing ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. We currently have a team of 5 full-time PTs and 1.5 PTA who treat a diverse patient caseload. Caseload will be primarily orthopedics with the opportunity to work along the ReVital program director to grow the oncology caseload.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

+ Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs

+ Complete and maintain required trainings

+ Maintain compliance with government regulations

+ Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy

+ Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

+ CPR certified

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
