Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at 3D Barrier Bags. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in warehouses or production areas as needed.
Assist with residential painting projects when required.
Maintain custodial supplies and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
Provide facilities maintenance support by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all cleaning duties.
Act as a porter by assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment when necessary.
Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is an asset.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
