**Business Systems Analyst, SAP DTS**

**Job Description**

The Business Systems Analyst, SAP DTS will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map and implement improvements and support the production SAP S/4HANA system for our Demand to Supply processes including SAP PP, QM, IM SAP PM. Responsibilities include the following: collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their Demand to Supply processes, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities; providing process consulting to business stakeholders and identifying areas of business process optimization and improvement; working with technical teams to design and configure SAP S/4HANA to support optimized Demand to Supply processes; analyzing data and system workflows to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions; conducting training sessions for end-users and supporting them with issue resolution; participating in the testing of new Demand to Supply functionalities and ensuring the quality of solutions delivered; supporting the change management process by effectively communicating changes to impacted parties and managing change requests; continuously monitoring and analyzing Demand to Supply processes and system performance and recommending further improvements. Telecommuting available anywhere in the United States. Annual salary between $97,800 - $163,300.

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications. **Job Requirements**

Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related field plus 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business & Integration Architecture Associate Manager, or related. Must possess 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience with each of the following: IT business systems; leading SAP implementation; leading the Unit, System Integration and User acceptance testing (UAT) in various projects; expertise in business process mapping and process reengineering; performing impact analysis of the proposed design on the existing business; identifying the RICEFW due to FIT/GAP and providing solution and enhancement; implementing continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the ongoing business issues; project management; SAP S/4 Hana; SAP PP; SAP QM; SAP PM; SAP IM/EWM; and Service Now.

Experience may be gained concurrently. Telecommuting available anywhere in the United States.
