Mercy Medical Group (MMG) (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/about/network/mercy-medical-group) , a multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, is looking for a skilled and compassionate Pain Management Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our healthcare team. As a Pain Management APP, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Your primary focus will be providing comprehensive pain assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve patients' quality of life. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background in pain management, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout Sacramento. **Responsibilities**
+ **Patient Care** : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
+ **Procedures:** Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
+ **Communication** : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
+ **Documentation** : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
+ **Team Collaboration** : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.

**Qualifications**
+ Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pain Management.
+ A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
+ Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
+ Completion of state mandated educational courses
**Pay Range**
$66.36 - $87.61 /hour
