Project Scope:

Support the development of a comprehensive training and onboarding program for over 30 manufacturing processes in a high-tech PCB laminate production facility. This internship will focus on enhancing employee engagement, safety, and retention by creating modern, multimedia training materials.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct assessments of existing training programs and identify improvement areas

Develop video-based and interactive training modules

Help implement e-learning solutions compatible with LMS platforms and evaluate effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment & Content Development: Review and improve training content, identify gaps, and ensure standardization and technical accuracy. Create SCORM-compliant materials for LMS systems.

Video & Digital Learning Creation: Record training videos using tools like Camtasia or Articulate 360 and integrate with interactive content including quizzes and checkpoints.

Onboarding & Retention Strategy: Assist in developing a structured 30-60-90 day onboarding plan, mentor program framework, and performance-tracking tools.

Implementation & Continuous Improvement: Upload training modules to LMS, gather employee feedback, conduct pilot tests, and recommend refinements.

Ideal Candidates Are:

Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field

Experienced with e-learning platforms and content development tools

Independent, proactive, and strong cross-functional collaborators

Compensation:

Bachelor’s Level: $22–$24/hr

Master’s Level: $25–$28/hr

PhD Level: $28–$32/hr
