Project Scope:
Join Isola’s team to optimize etcher and scrubber equipment in their PCB laminate plant. This internship is ideal for chemical engineering students interested in hands-on experience with process optimization, efficiency improvements, and quality control.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze and optimize chemical processes for etching and scrubbing

Improve equipment performance and reliability

Conduct experiments to reduce chemical waste and defects

Key Responsibilities:

Identify inefficiencies and improve process parameters

Implement real-time monitoring for enhanced performance

Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Maintenance teams

Present findings and recommendations to leadership

Ideal Candidates Are:

Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field

Skilled in process improvement or statistical analysis

Independent, proactive, and interested in manufacturing challenges

Compensation:

Bachelor’s Level: $22–$24/hr

Master’s Level: $25–$28/hr

PhD Level: $28–$32/hr
