The Selling Partner Trust & Compliance (SPTC) team works to ensure that sellers feel confident in growing their business with Amazon. We do this by reducing unnecessary or excessive disruptions to sellers’ businesses and improving transparency into our actions. Within SPTC, the Communications team works to ensure selling partners understand and engage with Amazon's efforts to create a trusted shopping experience and protect customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to improve the Selling Partner experience by continually raising the bar for communications quality. As a senior PMM, you will be part of a team tasked with developing go-to-market strategy, messaging frameworks and positioning that help sellers improve their account health and be successful on Amazon.com. You will drive initiatives like educating sellers on policy updates that impact their business and success. You will work in a cross-functional organization and will be responsible for ensuring we have the processes and content in place to ensure seller comprehension and readiness. The ideal candidate has expertise in driving go-to-market (GTM) in matrixed organizations, and a genuine interest in creating value for Sellers. The candidate must be comfortable diving into data, distilling insights, and holding internal teams accountable to communications quality standards.
This role requires close coordination with cross-functional coms, policy, operations, tech, and leadership teams to deep dive gaps across both process and tech, and to scope their impact on various projects and programs. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively Earn Trust, gain stakeholder buy-in and drive change, identify opportunities to continuously raise the bar on our seller communications and drive efficiency through operational optimizations.
Key job responsibilities
• Craft and develop compelling stories, content and tools (messaging framework, success stories, product videos) that support sellers to improve their account health
• Engage with product and business teams to define the GTM strategy and success criteria
• Own messaging strategy and collaborate with the Editorial team to deliver impactful content across multiple communication channels including Seller News, blog, emails, etc.
• Assist in content experiments to improve content quality and engagement (e.g., open rate, click rate, CTA clicks) across channels
• Continuously measure and optimize product marketing initiatives, and present insights to senior leadership
• Serve as subject matter expert for seller enforcement actions and policy implementations. Surface topics for debate to leadership

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
