**Compensation:**

$19.00/HR

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Shipping Department.

+ Follows load schedules and ensures a smooth workflow.

+ Co-ordinates the staging area.

+ Organizes special packaging.

+ Loads trucks.

+ Performs various operations in the department as required.

**How You’ll Do It:**

+ Ability to efficiently sort items with strong organizational skills

+ Good hand-eye coordination for safe and accurate material handling

+ Able to comprehend and follow written instructions, loading schedules, and production tickets

+ Capable of understanding and following verbal directions; communicates clearly and respectfully with team members and supervisors

+ Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapts well to changing priorities

**What You’ll Bring:**

+ 1+ year of stand-up forklift experience

+ Stand-up forklift certification (preferred)

+ Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

+ Basic English reading and writing skills

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Good hand-eye coordination

+ Ability to follow instructions clearly and respectfully

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
