**What You Can Expect**

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the control and communication around field/distributor inventory both physically and systematically, through monitoring, traceability, and reconciliations. This position supports all department goals, especially those that seek to optimize field inventory levels and protect company assets while elevating the satisfaction of the customer’s experience.

**How You'll Create Impact**

• Manage Inventory Systems: Use SMS, ZSIS, DCS, FedEx, and other systems to loan, receive, ship, issue, and monitor inventory.

• Resolve Inventory Discrepancies: Investigate inventory variances, collaborate with teams to identify root causes; report and disposition product recalls and brand rationalization.

• Return/Exchange Management: Facilitate the return and exchange of expired or calibrated products between warehouse and field personnel.

• Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate and review regular inventory reports, reconcile discrepancies, and manage ad-hoc reporting as needed.

• Distributor Account Support: Assist with administrative tasks and communication related to the termination of distributor inventory accounts.

• Inventory Fulfillment & Request Support: Assist with strategic inventory requests and order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in stock levels.

• Asset Placement & Recovery: Monitor and support asset placement and recovery in collaboration with sales and operations teams. Assist with part searches between territories.

• Coordinate Loose Inventory Outflow: Manage and log outflow for loose inventory requests accurately.

• Cycle Counts: Perform cycle counts for offices and accounts to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Customer Support & Order Processing: Process temporary and product kit orders, respond to requests for patient implant information, and support Customer Service with case reconciliation/stock issues.

All duties must be performed in compliance with applicable regulations and standards such as FDA Quality System Regulation and ISO (International Organization for Standardization).

**What Makes You Stand Out**

+ Computer literate with intermediate to advanced familiarity with MS Excel

+ Strong customer service orientation

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to foster positive relationships with all internal and external (sales) personnel

+ Results-oriented with the ability to accomplish work in a team environment

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures, written and oral, at all times

+ Demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to learn

+ Ability to work unsupervised on assigned tasks

+ Demonstrated analytical skills, especially in the areas of process improvement and problem solving.

+ Highly developed organizational skills – able to handle multiple high priority tasks/projects concurrently

+ Must be able to perform frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping and heavy lifting (50 lbs).

**Your Background**

• HS Diploma, G.E.D. equivalent or equivalent experience required.

• One to two years’ experience in a warehouse environment preferred.

• Experience with Inventory Control practices and data analysis preferred.

• Frequent lifting required.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• May require vendor credentialing.
