As a Sr Facilities Maint Tech here at Honeywell, you will provide a key role responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of physical facilities within our organization. You will execute facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance, and store functions within Honeywell. You will ensure that all facilities meet safety and environmental regulations and that appropriate permits and certifications are in place.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities operations, ensuring that all maintenance work meets established standards and that issues are promptly addressed. Your ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with external vendors and contractors will contribute to the overall success of our facilities management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC system maintenance, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, and general building maintenance
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
+ Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects
