You will report to our Director of Gen AI, Data & Analytics Leader who oversees our enterprise data strategy and platform operations.
In this role, you will have significant impact establishing and maintaining the operational framework that ensures our data platforms remain reliable, performant, and secure. You will be instrumental in creating a structured support model that delivers exceptional service to the business. Additionally, you will lead technical delivery initiatives to enhance platform capabilities, design data pipeline solutions, and implement automation to drive continuous improvement.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Technical Development & Architecture:** Enable and integrate advanced analytics capabilities through platform enhancements and optimizations
+ **Platform Administration & Support:** Lead operations for Snowflake, IICS, Fivetran, HVR, and PowerBI ensuring optimal performance and reliability
+ **Service Level Management:** Create and formalize SLAs for all critical data services with comprehensive monitoring and alerting frameworks
+ **Support Model Implementation:** Define and implement Tier 1-3 support model with clear RACI matrix across all platform components
+ **Solutions Engineering & Delivery:** Design and implement data pipeline solutions while overseeing change requests and enhancement processes that improve platform performance and business capabilities
+ **Monitoring & Security Management:** Build custom dashboard solutions with actionable intelligence while implementing robust RBAC protocols and comprehensive disaster recovery mechanisms
+ **Performance & Knowledge Management:** Establish monitoring frameworks with automated remediation capabilities while managing structured knowledge transfer from Honeywell support teams
+ **Technical Leadership & Innovation:** Provide expert architecture guidance, drive continuous optimization through proactive monitoring, and implement best practices for strategic initiatives
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Experience: Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on engineering and enterprise-scale analytics platforms.
+ Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in architecting and implementing operational support frameworks, across complex business environments
+ Hands-on platform administration experience with Snowflake, IICS, or similar data platforms, SQL and Python programming skills at intermediate level
+ Technical Leadership & Execution: Experience in technical delivery of data pipeline solutions, leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale analytics programs, and establishing/managing SLAs for critical data services aligned with business goals
+ Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies and build strong relationships with business partners
