We are looking for a **Product Support Engineer II** to be part of a global Technical Support team located in America, Europe and Asia. As an experienced Engineer, you will support customer inquiries, resolve technical issues and enhance product development, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will report directly to our Tech Supp Manager, and you’ll work Hybrid at one of our locations in **Houston TX, Atlanta GA, Fort Mill, or Richardson, TX .**
**Key responsibilities**
+ Conduct in-depth analysis of recurring technical issues and provide feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement.
+ Provide product training and guidance to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the features and functionalities of the products.
+ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
+ Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation to enable self-service support for customers.

**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Mechanical, Electronics or Automation.
+ 3 years of experience in industrial, healthcare, electrification, or transportation sectors, with a focus on supporting mechanical or electrical products (design, deployment, or servicing).
+ 3 years relevant work experience in a customer-facing role providing technical support and product troubleshooting.
**WE VALUE**
+ Experience in product design and strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
+ Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, PowerBI and/or Tableau.
+ Experience in CRM, ERP and/or PLM tools such as Salesforce, SAP or Teamcenter.
