**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

This position is responsible for the set-up, clean-up, and production associated with packing cream cheese products. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that production line equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate production line equipment including packers, positive pumps, processors, and labelers.

+ Set up labelers, install heat seals on products, and assemble positive pumps.

+ Inspect products and perform loading of cups into boxers, requiring wrist twisting and gripping.

+ Assist with packaging products into boxes for shipping.

+ Collaborate with other departments to finish the product at any point of the production line.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in production and machine operation.

+ Proficiency in general labor and general production tasks.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Forklift operation skills.

+ Mechanical aptitude.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Efficiency and quality in packaging operations, including meeting specifications for cup weight, counts, yield, and product codes.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Frequent loading of cups into boxers, requiring wrist twisting and gripping.

**Work Environment**

Experience working in an 80,000 square foot warehouse with a 24-7 operation. The position involves 12-hour shifts on a 2-week rotating schedule, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a pattern of 2 days on, 3 days off, followed by 3 days on, 2 days off.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casa Grande, Arizona.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
