Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the development of complex AI solutions to address specific business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes.
+ Work directly with product managers and business leaders to understand requirements and align AI initiatives with overall business objectives.
+ Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress.
+ Provide mentorship and guidance to AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer science, AI, Electronics, Electrical, Mathematics or related fields.
+ 5+ years building and deploying production-grade ML models.
+ Expertise in designing and training advanced DNNs for Computer Vision and GenAI.
+ Applied experience with Transformers, CNNs, GANs, and Diffusion Models.
+ Mastery of Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
+ Skilled in key libraries: Hugging Face (Transformers, Diffusers), OpenCV, LangChain, LangGraph.
+ Hands-on with MLOps tools: MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes.
+ Proficient with cloud AI services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
+ Experience with high-performance inference optimization using frameworks like NVIDIA TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, or OpenVINO to accelerate model deployment is a plus.
