The **Principal Supply Chain Logistics Specialist** will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, delivery, and inspection of incoming materials; central stores/warehousing of program and/or company-acquired materials; packaging and shipping services; and providing comprehensive technical support for computers and associated networks. This role ensures that materials and supplies are properly retained for future use, supports production and engineering, and maintains the accuracy of physical records. This role also supports tracking the removal and addition of equipment to the customer networks. Additionally, the role provides transportation of materials and correspondence within the local Northrop Grumman business environment and ensures compliance with internal and external policies and procedures.

We are looking for an engaged and versatile team member to join our Operations and Logistics support team seeking opportunities to support ongoing missions and continuously improve upon existing practices.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, Master's with 3+ years of experience, OR PhD with 1+ years of experience

+ Active Top Secret clearance at the time of application

+ Experience in managing incoming and outgoing equipment

+ Experience in records management

+ Background performing internal and external audits

+ Experience in executing deliveries using company policies

+ Commercial shipping experience (e.g. FEDEx, Trumpcard)

+ Logistics Planning

+ Time management skills

+ Desktop HW installs

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Strong communication skills

+ Problem solving skills

+ Process improvement

+ Experience in providing technical support for desktop computers.

+ Familiarity with interacting with users to best determine PC needs.

+ Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment

+ Government Shipping experience

+ Basic knowledge of network cable installs

Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
