**PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented **FAA Senior Quality Engineer** to support FAA-regulated operations. This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and product reliability in a repair station environment. If you have a strong background in FAA Part 145, AS9100, and quality systems, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform inspections and establish quality assurance testing models for raw materials, in-process components, and finished products

+ Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, including Part 145, AS9100, and other industry standards

+ Conduct internal and external audits to verify adherence to safety and quality protocols

+ Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability

+ Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, test results, and regulatory compliance

+ Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to resolve quality and safety concerns

+ Exercise independent judgment and creativity in planning and executing quality initiatives

**What You Bring**

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

+ 4–6 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance within an FAA-regulated environment

+ Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145 and AS9100 standards

+ Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions

+ Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills

**Preferred Experience:**

+ Familiarity with post-audit follow-up and regulatory reporting

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams in aerospace or aviation manufacturing

**This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). **Pay Details:** $36.00 to $44.00 per hour
