**Job Description Summary:**

The Vice President, Infusion Clinic Expansion and Operations is responsible for overseeing the growth of Option Care Health’s national infusion clinic network as well as the team responsible for clinic-level operations. In this role, the Vice President is directly accountable for ensuring operational and clinical excellence in our infusion clinics while partnering with other infusion clinic, commercial and broader operational leadership to drive patient start growth and overall financial performance.

**Job Description:** ​

+ Designs, executes and administers the strategies necessary to identify locations for and timely open infusion clinics nationwide, consistent with company-wide strategies and goals. Oversees cross-functional team responsible for “day one” readiness in new infusion clinic locations.

+ Oversees the operational elements of M&A integration activities related to infusion clinics, helping to ensure cultural and operational harmonization and meet financial targets.

+ Leads efforts to harmonize operating models across national footprint to help ensure standardization, eliminate waste and drive greater value.

+ Oversees team responsible for operational and clinical performance of our infusion clinics on a national basis. Leads team directly responsible for infusion clinic resources (Admission, Scheduling, Nursing, Purchasing) and oversees and partners with related support resources across broader Option Care Health organization (Sales & Marketing, Credentialing, Contracting, Billing & Collections, IT). Oversees coordination between infusion clinic and pharmacy resources to help ensure infusion clinics can maximize patient census.

+ Accountable for non-product profit financial performance across all infusion clinics through accurate forecasting, supply chain/inventory optimization, managing controllable expenses, reducing bad debt and accurate patient registration and on-boarding. Participates in the development and ongoing management of annual budgets, business plans, and new program development designed to ensure long-term growth and profitability for nationwide infusion clinics.

+ Partners with sales and market access leaders on their execution of short- and long-term strategic plans designed to drive commercial expansion, development & growth, utilizing a stakeholder value-creation approach across patient, prescriber, payer, pharma companies, and people.

+ Responsible for ensuring compliance on a national basis with local and federal regulations, accreditation standards and corporate policies to help drive effectiveness and consistency in operations. Helps ensures patient safety and satisfaction through all operations. Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and proprietary Option Care Health data.

+ Fosters “intra-organizational” and “intra-departmental” teamwork by initiating communication with and working with other organizational areas to accomplish departmental goals. Builds a cohesive, service-oriented team through recruitment, training and development, engagement, and retention of qualified team members. Maintains a work environment in which staff will succeed and grow in their professional development and contribute to the overall success of Option Care Health.

**Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ At least 8 years of experience in multi-site, provider-led practices

+ At least 8 years of experience managing budgets and people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Excellent organizational, consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

+ Ability to collaborate and communicate at all levels of an organization

+ Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

+ Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

+ Proven ability to take initiative and capitalizes on all opportunities to improve department efficiency and effectiveness

+ Knowledge of local, state, federal, accrediting body and related rules and regulations

+ Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations

+ Basic skill in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

+ Demonstrated success with meeting financial goals and objectives

+ Ability to work common office equipment (printer, scanner, copier)

**Travel Requirements:** **(if required)**

+ Willing to travel 25-50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

**Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)**

+ Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a Clinical Field

+ Experience leading multi-site infusion clinics or comparable medical offices with depth in scaling business growth, patient access/intake, sales and operations, regulatory/compliance, and reimbursement

+ Experience working in a rapidly-scaling industry (healthcare-related preferred)

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $207,234.63-$345,398.55
