Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting organizational goals. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in accounts payable and proficiency in accounting systems.

Responsibilities:

• Process and accurately code invoices within accounting software systems to ensure timely payments.

• Manage vendor accounts, including reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies.

• Utilize ERP systems to maintain organized and efficient financial records.

• Perform detailed auditing of transactions to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Handle accrual accounting tasks to maintain accurate financial reporting.

• Process Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments and other electronic transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts payable functions and improve workflows.

• Support financial services operations using tools such as ADP and Concur.

• Generate reports and provide insights to assist in decision-making processes.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies regarding accounts payable procedures. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP platforms.

• Strong understanding of account coding and accrual accounting principles.

• Experience with financial tools such as ADP, Concur, and other industry-standard systems.

• Knowledge of auditing practices and regulatory compliance.

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment processing.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing financial records.

• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
